About TIPA

Legal Status :

Training Institute of Public Administration operates under the legal framework that includes:

• The Decree of Council of Miisters No.315, dated 06.23.2000 "On Establishment and Functioning of Training Institute of Public Administration and Training of Civil Servants"

• The Decree of Council of Ministers No. 242, dated 04.16.2004 on "For some changes on the Decree of hte Council of Ministers", No.315, dated 06.23.2000, "On Establishment and Functioning of Training Institute of Public Administration and Trainnig of Civil Servants".

• The Decree of Council of Ministers, No. 714, dated 11.18.2005, which determines that Training Institute of Public Administration is an institution depending on Ministry of Interior, without interfering in functioning and responsabilities.

Mission

“To train civil servants, to enhance and improve professional skills and the knowledge base, so that each civil servant can contribute optimally to the achievement of his or her institution's goals".
