Training Institute of Public Administration according to the Decree of Council of Ministers No. 315, dated 23.06.2000, "For the Establishment and Functioning of Training Institute of Public Administration and Training of Civil Servants", changed by Decree of Council of Ministers No 242, dated 16.4.2004 and No 292, dated 6.5.2005 invites all those who are interested as trainers, who also fulfill the specified criteria to train civil servants in Public Administration, to apply as Trainers for Training Institute of Public Administration.Trainers should be:
• Civil servants on Public Administration .
• Great practitioners from public administration
• Consultants of private sector
• Free lens trainers
Public and private university lectorsThe trainings that the Institute offers aim to meet the real needs of public administration according to the training packages :
- Improvement of Managing and Functioning Skills
- EU integration Issues
- Improvement of financial management skills
- Improvement of HRM management skills
- Local Government issues
- CV according the EU standarts
- One of the last papers ( presentation, training material, or other similar documents )
- All these documents should be sent on itap@itap.gov.al address, until 20th of January 2010.
- Expertise on related training field
- Expertise on delivering training
- Readiness and willingness to perform the training program
The Decree of Council of Ministers No. 315, dated 23.06.2000, colon 9/2 changed by Decree of Council of Ministers No 242, dated 16.4.2004 and No 292, dated 6.5.2005 indicates the amount of allowance for the trainers who will engage in training activities of TIPA.
