Partners of Training Institut of Public Administration

 

TIPA has established excellent cooperation with local institutions in order to identify trainers and deliver several training courses. In this context, a Collaboration Memorandum has been signed with the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana that aims to include lecturers from UT in the delivery of contemporary training courses, design of training materials and consultancy on TIPA’s programs. The involvement of the University in TIPA’s training programs enables the academic field closer knowledge on practical developments in the field of public administration, which is reflected in the quality of their work as well as in the quality of training that is offered. TIPA also works with specialists and/or practitioners from other institutions such as: Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana, Team Europe, Woman’s Center in Tirana, the Center for Parliamentary Studies, ANTTARC, Public Procurement Agency

 

 

Kosovo Institute of Public Administration. TIPA’s cooperation with other training institutions in the Balkans is very important in order to learn mutually from developments and best practices in public administration. In this context TIPA has initiated cooperation with Kosovo’s Institute for Public Administration (KIPA) which has been materialized in a first official meeting in November 2003 where information and experience was exchanged and cooperation was agreed in order to support each other.

 

During a study visit in February 2004 TIPA established the first contacts with the Public Administration Faculty at the South Eastern European University in Tetovo and with the Civil Service Agency in Skopje. TIPA aims to deepen cooperation with these institutions for mutual benefits.

 

 

Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration for central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) and Balkan Region (ReSPA)During 2005 and continuesly the Institute has exchanged mutual information for different developments in public administration schools for Central and Eastern Europe, since the Institute is an Institutional Member of NISPAcee.
This membership of the Institute also made possible the benefit of a grant from NISPAcee for the translation in Albanian of the two SIGMA PAPERS over the public administration. ReSPA- Regional School for Public Administration in Balkan Region, has started on 2006, us network of the training institutions from the Region that will offer training on Public Administration issues and others common activities.

 

Cooperation with High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Audit of Assets.This cooperation consists on Training of the high level authorities at the central and local level in order to prevent conflicts of interest in public administration. This cooperation will include training activities foreseen to be implemented during the period September-December 2007 and will continue during 2008 for Fiscal administration. The trainers are experts in the field, trained in the framework of the USAID project in 2006. 
Implementation of this training plane is based on a bilateral agreement signed by TIPA and HIDAA.
