Training

On the process of implementing of the strategic plan 2006-2009, TIPA, has planed to deliver some training programs according to units ( General  Fiscal and lLocal Government Training unit) .


It is very clear  that the civil serves is the fundamental and the base of the success of the Public Administration. By investing on Public Administration, we are investing on the future of Albanian State. Our training programs are planed to help the civil servants to be able to  cope with challenges  of the reform on  Public Administration, the perspective  of  Euro- Atlantic of Integration and enhancing new skills and abilities. The TIPA is going to review ongoing  bases the training programs , in order to promote the best practices and the last development on these field.  The structure of our training programs, are on the function of meet the real needs  of the civil servants, to help them to have an positive impact on their daily work.
The training need analyze is to be performed before planning the training programs, and on these base we can made our detailed trainings plans.
Our training programs  are based on new managerial skills and best practices of the other countries.
Our trainers are very qualified practitioners from the center and local institutions ( law and politics makers, high level civil servants, and specialist ) , academics from University and other trainers from private training providers and NGO.

Local Government Training Center

The center offers training for local government administration, both in center and local level, on improving and raising the capacities of civil servants of local government administration.
